Christopher Peter Meloni, an American actor who is well known for his character on the television show 'Law & Order Special Victims Unit. Meloni discovered his passion for acting in his early days at the college classroom and then studied acting in the University of Colorado at Boulder. The characters he has played on television are gaining him lots of popularity. He's been able easily play characters on both sides of the law and grab the audience's attention. He portrayed the role of a serial murderer in the first TV series he appeared in but later went on to portray the character as an NYPD detective. His performances on small screens are rewarded with numerous Emmy Awards nominations and PRISM Awards. The piercingly blue eyes of his face are considered to be his most attractive aspect of his appearance. The eyes have been employed for portraying rough characters, as well as give them a sense of humour. People's magazine listed him as one of the Sexiest Men Alive for 2006.

She has won numerous awards for her roles as Layla Grant and Claudia Shepard, respectively as Claudia Shepard and Layla Grant in Nashville (2012).
